Returns and Refunds
You are entitled to return goods and ask for a refund, exchange or repair if the goods you purchased meet the following criteria:
- Have a fault that you could not have known about at the time of purchase.
- Are not the same as the description provided by the salesperson or advertisement.
WHAT can be returned?
Motor Mecca are happy to exchange, provide store credit for any items. Goods must be in New, Unopened,Unused Original condition.
Motor Mecca will not refund because you have changed your mind, we will offer exchange or store credit on your original purchase. If unsure about a product before purchase, please come into store or give our team a call.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
We need to be contacted for an RMA within 7 Days of Product Invoice.
Copy of invoice and reason for return can be emailed to ishop@motormecca.com.au
WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Goods once approved, need to be returned to the below address at customer's cost. We will not credit items that do not have an RMA

HOW do customers return items?
Customer will need to supply a copy of the RMA and a copy of the invoice for the return
SHIPPING for returns?
Unfortunately shipping costs will not be credited, unless our error. Shipping costs for returning goods is at customer cost, unless at our error
CREDIT for returns?
Customer will receive store credit for returns once RMA is processed. Normally 48hrs
Instore return option?
Customers can return the goods instore. An RMA is still required first.
